Installation tips
- 1.Hole must be oversized: 5/8" hole for 1/2" rod (25% larger than rod diameter)
- 2.Blow hole clean with compressed air, then brush, then blow again — 3-step cleaning is mandatory
- 3.Inject epoxy from the bottom of the hole — work upward to prevent voids
- 4.Do not load the anchor until epoxy has fully cured — gel time varies by temperature
- 5.Use ICC-ES approved epoxy systems for code-required structural applications
